Block-booked weekend shifts across a [12]-month engagement. Same nurses rotate through — residents recognise the faces, the facility doesn't re-induct anyone, and shifts get confirmed by Thursday for the weekend.
In-home disability support across Greater Melbourne
Active participants supported with daily personal care, community access and household tasks. Worker preferences honoured — same worker most weeks, language and gender matched where available.
