FAQ

The things facility managers usually ask.

How quickly can you fill an urgent shift? +
Most ad hoc requests are confirmed within the hour, day or night. Genuinely critical same-shift requests are best phoned through to 03 5292 0800 so we can dispatch immediately rather than wait for an inbox.
Do you charge management fees? +
No. Facilities are billed for the worker's time at a transparent agreed rate. There are no separate booking, coordination or "management" fees.
Can you supply regional and rural? +
Yes — including travel and accommodation arrangements where required. Regional Victoria, Tasmania's north-west, and selected South Australian locations are covered routinely; other locations by arrangement.
What documentation will I get for each worker? +
Before a worker arrives, you'll receive their name, role, qualifications relevant to the shift, and confirmation of their current screening checks. On request we can supply copies of certificates and AHPRA evidence for audit purposes.
What happens if there's an incident on shift? +
Incidents are reported immediately by the worker to our 24/7 on-call lead, then documented through our incident management system. You're contacted directly, corrective actions are agreed, and an outcome report is shared.
