Complex care,
with the oversight to match.
For participants whose NDIS plans include high intensity supports, we deliver trained workers under registered nursing oversight — with clear documentation, escalation pathways and care planning behind every shift.
Supports we're trained and equipped to deliver.
Complex bowel care support
Delivered by trained workers under documented care plans with nursing oversight.
Enteral / PEG feeding support
PEG-tube feeding, site care and equipment management — under RN supervision.
Urinary catheter support
Catheter management and care, with escalation pathways for complications clearly documented.
Subcutaneous injection support
Delivered by appropriately-trained workers in line with the participant's medication plan.
Diabetes management support
BGL monitoring, insulin administration support, diabetes-specific care plans.
Mealtime management support
For participants with swallowing risk or feeding plans — workers trained per the mealtime management plan.
Note: High intensity supports are delivered subject to participant assessment, plan funding, worker training and clinical appropriateness. We'll tell you clearly during intake what we can and can't safely deliver.
How high intensity work actually runs.
Clinical scoping
RN reviews the participant's plan, behaviour support plan and care documentation before any worker is matched.
Worker matching & training
Workers selected from our high-intensity-capable pool. Role-specific training documented before the first shift.
Documentation & oversight
Care plans, risk assessments and escalation pathways finalised. RN oversight scheduled into the roster.
Delivery & review
Shifts logged. Incidents reviewed. Care plan adjusted in collaboration with the participant, family and support coordinator.
Trained for the role.
Documented every shift.
Workers don't get sent to a high-intensity shift without the training to back them up.
